Physical persons and legal entities with a unique SIREN code (registration code – i.e. organisations, industry associations, companies, NGOs…) can become a member. Membership gives access to our services to any employee working for the legal entity carrying the registration number.
Membership runs on an annual basis.
Members must adhere to the objectives, ambitions and values of PEPPER and commit to enforce and comply with the association’s statutes and Rules of Procedure.
The applicant for membership must, according to the Statutes, submit a declaration featuring the category of membership he/she is applying to. When a legal entity is applying for membership, they must submit a contact person’s details, a copy of the applicant’s statutes and/or registration document and a short presentation of the applying organisation and its governance.
Membership applications are sent to the Executive Secretary, who will assess the application’s relevance against the association’s goals and will submit the application to the Board for approval.
